RETURNS
Firstly, we are here to help you.
We will accept hay steamers and all other products for return and refund within 14 days of receipt of product if the product is in original and unused condition without defects. Should damage be present, Hayvape Ltd reserve the right to charge a reasonable amount to correct and/or repair, as deemed necessary, to return the product to the original condition at time of sale.
If products are found to be damaged beyond economical repair, we reserve the right to return the product to the customer without refund. Should you refuse the shipment, you are liable for all shipping costs incurred once the item has been returned to us and a delivery shipping fee and return shipping fee will be payable.
After 14 days, we accept returns within the warranty period. Shipping is payable by you from this point. Warranty repair work will be carried out if deemed necessary, or we will contact you to discuss the cost of repairs through neglect, damage or misuse. Any work carried out under warranty will be done by Hayvape Ltd or an appointed person/company to act on our behalf.
Any returns must be in suitable packaging to prevent damage by courier firms and insured to the full value of the product for both loss and damage. We can arrange a collection (if this is required) on a specified day to suit you. All labels will need to be securely attached to the item being return as lost labels can incur delays and unnecessary expense.
